Free* mobile internet in Poland

There is a company named Aero 2 which provides free* LTE Internet in Poland available to everyone until 21.12.2016.
All you need to use it is modem or phone/tablet with 3G and slot for SIM card. The connection itself is pretty poor (512kbps and resets every 60 minutes) but it is unlimited and completely free.
Well, it isn't 100% free. You have to deposit 20PLN to get the SIM and pay 7PLN to get it sent unless you are willing to visit their HQ in Warsaw.
In any case, 3 years of mobile Internet for close to none money?
