Hello Deldrin,
Thank you for contacting READ support, I hope you are doing well.
I am very sorry to hear this issue occurred, and as you have provided us with information about the problem and investigate this further for you.
Some bioses have the option for PS2 disabled by default, just enable that option for Legacy devices or mouse/keyboard. Also check if your plug is fully connected and does not have any kind of interference like I/O shields for example. You should keep in mind that PS2 port can't detect "hot plugged" devices like USB does, you need to plug them in while your computer is turned off.
It might be a Windows problem, as some of Windows updates are known to be causing PS2 ports to stop working so you might want to consider installing older service pack of Windows to check this issue.
Some users adress their PS2 port issues to having old bios (MSI motherboards mostly).
According to some forums, users suggest booting having a PS2 and USB keyboards plugged in and to unplug the USB keyboard when it's booted to Windows is fixing this problem.
As soon as we know more, we will contact you immediately.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and appreciate your patience whilst this issue is fully resolved.
Kind regards,
Speed_Of_Pain

welp, Im gonna send this mobo back, and get it replaced with fully working one, hopefully.
While I was replacing them, I inspected my old mobo (one I am using right now) and I noticed the cause of my previous problems with net card integrated into it.
7 caps near north bridge and PCIE port are bulged out, and one has tiny electrolyte leak. Yay for working on a zombie mobo!

Are you kidding? PS/2 is better for keyboards than USB, it has higher threshold of pressing multiple keys-thing.
Also, after lots of trouble I returned 2nd mobo I got from the same seller
Now I bought all parts separately for total of 54€
1€=4.2PLN
http://allegro.pl/gigabyte-ga-p43-ds3l-775-ddr2-7-1-i5104451849.html
C2D E8400 OEM for 12€
http://allegro.pl/chlodzenie-s775-dedykowane-intel-3xheatpipe-acer-i5096137918.html <- this one's funny. When I checked it first time it costed 25PLN, but then they screwed something up, reduced price to 20, and put pictures of keyboard . I contacted them before purchase saying "Keyboard is not very effective method of processor cooling ". If they send me keyboard instead I will demand replacing it with cooler on their cost.

well, that, and also it doesn't steal one of USB ports which can be scarce
Re: so i bought myself new MOBO/w CPU
Well, there are always USB-Hubs for 5€ that give you an additional 3-9 USB ports

Deldrin is correct, as an IT monkey I can confirm that PS/2 port is better. All USB devices have same IRQ priority, while PS/2 has it set higher so theoretically you want that to avoid lag during full load.
