I don't feel like tier 10WT is op. Tier 8 and 9 are a lot more of a pain in the ass to me.   

Gamebreaking != OP. Its the WORST kind. Absolutely hard and annoying to play (like arty), and absolutely outrageous for other players, who get killed (like arty). Okay "not OP because he kills one instantly but then dies!" bullshit. This means its balanced but ruined the gameplay for TWO players. The one who had to die and himself. This is THE WORST KIND OF THING. Just like arty. PS: y u no cow
